Predictive Analysis Ltd. was incorporated in 1996 to provide an affordable condition based monitoring service-vibration analysis, oil analysis, Thermography, with on-site balancing to Ontario's industry.

With extensive experience in maintenance management, President Bill Morosan formed Predictive Analysis Ltd. to focus on Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Technology to reduce costs to industry across the province.

A graduate of Ryerson University in Mechanical Technology, Bill Morosan is a member of The Ontario Association of Technicians and Technologists, and The Canadian Machine Vibration Association. He is certified as a Vibration Specialist I. Bill completed vibration courses with Update International, Bretech, and Entek IRD, and has Fifteen years experience in this field.

For eight years, Bill was Plant Engineer for a plastic's company and worked five years as Maintenance Superintendent for a foundry. He has worked as Maintenance Manager for other manufacturing firms and has trained Maintenance Managers CMMS software.

Predictive Analysis Ltd. is experiencing rapid growth. We service Kraft Canada, Freightliner of Canada, Honeywell, and Labatt of Ontario. In addition, Predictive Analysis Ltd. is a supplier of quality vibration products, representing Vibra-Metrics and Vitronics in Canada.
